What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 10 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably, plus up to 2 infants.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

Are there stores near by?

The villa is minutes from a 24 hour supermarket. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there are a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?

There is a wealth of restaurants on the US192 nearby including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGIs, Dennys along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

How do we book?

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing within the Villa Sorrento area and will happily direct you to the owners.
